VMC, IDAA, and NRO successfully conducted a three-day workshop focused on Joint Community Engagement for conflict resolution related to clan clashes. This comprehensive training brought together community leaders and members to discuss the underlying issues of clan conflicts and develop practical strategies for peaceful resolution. Participants engaged in interactive sessions that emphasized the importance of dialogue, mediation, and collaborative problem-solving. Through role-playing exercises and group discussions, attendees gained valuable insights into effective communication and conflict management techniques.
