Our vision for the country is a Somalia where social and economic progress is afforded to every person free from discrimination, injustice, sexual violence, a country based on the values of hard-work and inclusionary practices where every family can prosper, a country where people respect the ideals of peace, good governance, rule of law, human rights and sustainable resource management for all.

Our vision for the organization is to engage paid staff and unpaid volunteers to work together with us to support the people in rural communities to enjoy peaceful, stable lives, to use their freedom to engage in normal work, and to improve their ability to protect and raise healthy and educated children.

Our vision for the communities we works with is to build their governance infrastructure and their capacity to ensure that the rights of all persons within their jurisdiction are secure in their enjoyment of a dignified life, of employment opportunities that lead to sustainable livelihoods, and a local economy that reinvigorates a high quality of life. Our mission is to help community- based institutions address social issues that interfere directly or indirectly with the process of development through private enterprise, social cohesion, and education for all.
