- SVM&C Somalia has defined structure including General body, which are the supreme policy maker, Board of Directors and Executive Committee guide the organization.
- The general body will meet once a year in the form of an annual general meeting (AGM).
- Other meetings may be called as Special General Meetings (GSM) or Regular General Meetings (RGM).
- Review overall Progress and performance of the organization to discuss and make decisions on the issues bestowed by on it by the members of SVM&C.
- In the Annual General Meeting, all projects activities are reviewed and approved and the financial performance and audit reports of previous months or year, and the budget and work plan for the next year are reviewed and approved.
- The Board of directors (B.O.D.) is the planning and policy making body of the organization which controlling and approving the all activities by the Executive Committee.
- The general assembly in AGM elect members of the executive body for two years term.
- The structure determines chain of command and hierarchy of responsibility within SVM&C.
- The general assembly body is the highest decision making organ approving policies and reviewing achievement and plans
- The Executive Director is the head of executive committee that is responsible for the implementation of the programs and daily management activities.
- SVM&C Somalia has access for all skilled and experienced professionals who have capacity and competent to involve all the desired activities that promotes the Goal and Objectives of the Institution.
- The professional staff of Management whom periodically review their activities to appraise and provide them Human resource development trainings on the job trainings and technical assistance to undertake systematically their duties and responsibilities SVM&C has also technical consultants of Engineering, Designing, and Planning etc.
- The executive body consisting of five members meet every two months interval on regular basis and take decisions as per constitutional requirement to help management of the organization
- The executive director who is the Chief Executive officer of the organization is responsible for design, planning, manage, administrator, monitor, and coordination of the organization and authorized to raise funds for the organization.
