The Staff refresher training conducted by the Save Vulnerable Mother And Child (SVMC) in collaboration with the Nilotics Right Organization (NRO) in Baidoa focused on the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) referrals pathway. This training aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of participants in effectively identifying, responding to, and referring cases of GBV. Staff engaged in interactive discussions and practical exercises that emphasized the importance of a coordinated approach to support survivors. By strengthening the referral mechanisms and improving communication among stakeholders, the training sought to ensure that victims of GBV receive timely and appropriate assistance, ultimately fostering a safer environment for vulnerable populations in the region.
