The Save Vulnerable Mother And Child  (SVMC) recently conducted a survey and hygiene awareness campaign in Kismayo, aimed at promoting public health and sanitation practices among the local population. The initiative involved gathering data on community attitudes towards hygiene and sanitation, which helped identify key areas for improvement. Through interactive sessions and informative workshops, SVMC raised awareness about the importance of proper hygiene practices, such as handwashing, safe water usage, and waste management. The campaign not only educated participants on health risks associated with poor hygiene but also empowered them to take proactive steps in enhancing their living conditions, ultimately contributing to the overall well-being of the community
